FOR IN VITRO DIAGNOSTIC USE ONLY.

RECOMMENDED PROCEDURE: Gently agitate slides to avoid uneven staining. Sol. I - 3 minutes. Sol. II - 1 minute. Decolorize in Sol. III - 5 minutes. Absolute alcohol - 1 minute, 2 changes each. Sol. IV - 45 seconds. Rinse in absolute alcohol, 2 changes each and clear in xylene, 2 - 3 changes each.

RESULTS: Spermatozoa - brilliant red; red cells - pale pink; other tissue components - blue to purple.
