FOR IN VITRO DIAGNOSTIC USE ONLY.
RECOMMENDED PROCEDURE: Specimens - intestinal (calciform cells), tracheal and embryonic tissue. Stain in Sol. I for 5 - 10 minutes. Rinse in 95% Ethanol. Transfer to Sol. II until the slide appears dark green. Dehydrate, clear and mount in balsam.
RESULTS: Cartilage - dark brown; mucin - light brown; nuclei of all the cells - green.
