Solution is used mainly as background contrast to nuclear stains, i.e., hematoxylin-eosin sequence. Stain depicts the cytoplasmic detail of the cell and the tissue structure.

This solution is made from certified dyes.
FOR IN VITRO DIAGNOSTIC USE ONLY.
RECOMMENDED PROCEDURE: Stain 15 seconds to 2 minutes depending upon the depth of counterstain desired.
